Notice of Annual General Meeting

Horsley Sports Club Limited (the “Club”) 

HORSLEY SPORTS CLUB LIMITED

AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Club will hold its 2025 annual general meeting on Monday, 9th February, 2026. The meeting will commence at 8.00 p.m. and will take place at the Horsley Sports Club, Pennymead Drive, East Horsley, Surrey KT24 5AH.

Members will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions below.

Ordinary Resolutions:

• Receive & approve Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting held 26 Feb 2025

• Receive the Club’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 Sept. 2025

• Transact any other business, including in relation to the following updates and reports from the Management Committee and other Club committees

• Confirm and approve the amended Club Rules.

• The Appointment of and fixing of the remuneration of the Club’s auditors.

• Confirm and approve the (Re)election of the nominated officers of the Club and members of the Management Committee.
