COURTS & KIT
You can start playing immediately once you become a member. Just turn up and use the courts, open from 0800-2130 daily. You may want to check the Courts Calendar to see if something is on like social sessions, matches or tournaments. Courts are typically open, but please close the court gates.
The Whiteboard System
We use a Whiteboard ‘Waiting System’ on the clubhouse wall. We have a first come, first served rule, which applies for all Adults and Juniors equally. Add your name when you arrive, with a start time when known. All players must be present to add your name. Doubles is 3 sets or Max 1.5hours, whichever is quicker. Singles is for Max 1 hour. The Court Rules are next to the White Board, it’s that simple.
Booking Courts
You can only book courts if you are a member, via the Fixtures Secretary
(fixtures@horsleysportsclub.com) and only for HSC Team Matches, or Doubles/Singles matches as part of an HSC Competitions.
Visitors & Guests
Members may bring a guest for social play – max 3 times per year.

Our Head Coach has a new HSC arrangement with Technifibre for kit and an excellent range of rackets.
Check out the advice on string and tension types, or chat to the coaches. They provide a complete restringing service - details here. Our coaches can advise you on what's best for you, whether synthetic gut, polyester or hybrid. You can also now buy grips and tennis balls from behind the bar when open.
